1. 3+5=-2
A had 3000 pounds, he gambled to much with his friends and lost 5000 punds, he is now in dept by 2000 pounds.
2. -4+10=6
A man was given 10 jelly babies in total, he then gave 4 to his mother, he has 6 left.
3. A= People use negative numbers when constructing buildings
B= They use negative numbers when people are in dept
C= People in the RAF or pilots use negative numbers to plot their course.
5. The important thing when adding negative numbers is to take away e.g
10+-5=5 in other words 10-5=5
